I find the L bolt is very bad, so be carefull to use it, just don't push it to much. In My friend's rc helicopters, at leat there are 3 bolt that bad and very difficult to open it after you use it. About the servo, use JR 3401 because it is fix in the frame, so you don't need to modify the frame again. Just adjust the ESC settings in default, because i feel its enough.
I have some trick to modify your Trex 500, here they are :

to make easy in your battery assembly and to protect the battery, you can place the Battery Tray down about 1 cm, and add thin foam inside your rc helicopters canopy
To make more strong the "swashplate" especially if your rc helicopters got crash, just add adequate CA glue in your RC Helicopters "swashplate" ( be carefull about the bearings, don't put your glue here)

The Maiden Flight
It's good for doing flip and roll with setting your pitch 12. The power is good and maybe like Trex 600 electric rc helicopters, i think it's because there are about 20 to 30 kv in the electric motor used in Trex 500 and Trex 600 . The flight done about 5 minutes, but you can use another battery to more long your flight, such as use FP 3200 or 3300, so you can fly about 6 to 7 minutes

Conclutions
Trex 500 are more stable in flight that Trex 450, and the power performance is more than Trex 600 electric rc helicopters. So i think, prefer to fly Trex 500 electric rc helicopters than Trex 600 electric rc helicopters

My Handmade Foamy Aircraft - This is my first handmade small scale aircraft. It made of polyfoam which has light in weight and easy to be cut. It has 100 cm wingspan long, 80 cm fuselage, and only 440 grams weight. This aircraft powered by Tower Pro Brushless motor with 2 cells battery. I also put the Electronic Speed Control 18 ampere to control propeller rapidity.

The first flying was in Serangan Island, Bali. My small scale aircraft seemed flying easily because the wind blew softly. I tried to airborne and turned it on the left and right successfully. However, I need to learn more how to roll the aircraft in order to do other maneuvers. It took approximately 15 minutes flew over the sky. I really enjoyed flying it.

My transmitter was 7 channels but I only used three cannels; throttle, elevator, and aileron. The receiver mode was only PPM so I shouldn’t have flown the aircraft far away from me. Nevertheless, I flew it about 400 meters away from me. The PPM receiver wasn’t able to receive signals from my transmitter. The aircraft lost of control and felt down into the lagoon side.

Extra 330s 3D ARF - RC MODEL INTRODUCTION : If there's any doubt about how popular Walter Extra's airplanes are, just do a Google search. I found far more models of this great aerobat than I did full-scale planes. In fact it was difficult to find much info on the real thing because there were so many companies making RC models of his plane.
In any case, if you're not already familiar with the many different varieties of the Extra 300, you're either not an airplane buff, or you've been living in a cave since the 80's. You can't go to an air-show or fun-fly without seeing several of them, and with good reason - It's one heluva great airplane!

I have personally owned 3 Extra's over the years in various sizes, my most recent being a 27% "Builder's Kit" version which came in at a whopping 22lbs. Imagine my delight when the new Great Planes 27% Extra 330S ARF came in almost 10 pounds lighter! It also sports a pretty radical MonoKote color scheme which is highly visible and has good top/bottom separation.

The Basic RC atitude you must follow - Here are some basic RC Tips , Dos & Don'ts of Glow Flight=

1. The fuel used in RC engines is Methanol or Methyl Alcohol.
2. The fuel is mixed with raw castor oil in the ratio of 3.5-4 : 1 as lubricant.
3. Ideally the mixture should be made to stand for 3-4 weeks to allow sedimentation of fuel and
then siphoned for use.
4. Tune the carb of the engine by slowly adjusting the air-screw in till u get highest rpm and
then back it out by 2-3 hits.
5. Ensure that the Rx battery is well charged before flight
6. Do not turn the engine with your hand with the glow charger attached to the plug.
7. Check all controls before EACH flight
8. Avoid flying alone
9. Keep a First Aid Kit handy
10. Its observed that flying more than 3 sorties in a session/day is usually asking for trouble.

next is receiver, the receiver work based from the receiving digital pulse from the transmitter. So the only thing doing by the receivers is to receive the digital pulse from the transmitter. Next is servo, there are commonly some servos in the aircraft model. the servos function are to produce mechanical movement to mone the aircraft model control surface, this mean that if we want to control the glow engine speed we can use a servo to control it. The servo movement are only rotary, this mean that usually the srvo move only a quater and back in the opposite direction, cause the servo's rotary is only a few RPM, so it's move slowly.
